Job Summary

Lead HSBC’s Real Estate Services in the Pune market, driving strategy, budget governance, and delivery of Workplace Experience (Facilities Management, Property/Asset Management, Workplace Management & Transformation), Future of Work transformation, and ESG/Sustainable Operations. Manage entity delivery targets and P&L, partner with regional RES and stakeholders, oversee vendors and contractors, and use data and tools to improve customer end-to-end experience and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Set strategy and budget objectives, and provide governance and oversight for Real Estate Services in the Pune market.
•Manage and deliver Real Estate Services, including Workplace Experience Services, Future of Work transformation, and ESG/Sustainable Operations.
•Lead occupancy, expense planning and decision support using data, MI, and golden sources of tools and data for consistent reporting.
•Manage stakeholders, including internal customers, regulators engagement, and third-party service providers/contractors under governance and compliance requirements.
•Lead people agenda and entity delivery targets, including headcount management, performance management and reward strategy, and vendor governance.

Key Requirements

•Experienced Real Estate Services capabilities, including Workplace Experience and Future of Work Transformation.
•Ability to develop trusted-adviser status with executive stakeholders using SME expertise and industry experience.
•Proven track record in leading and driving change for teams, structures, and workplace strategy.
•Strong communication skills with proven ability to operate effectively across matrix management.
•Strong financial acumen and commerciality, with an active interest in ESG/Sustainable Operations.
