Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface daily with customers and the engineering team to communicate financial status, engineering progress, issues, and opportunities.
  • •Ensure risk/opportunity management plans are comprehensive and executed to meet program and business commitments.
  • •Execute the annual and 5-year business plan to meet commitments.
  • •Support and lead capture activities including proposals, win strategies, cost estimating approach and analysis, and gates.
  • •Develop technology roadmaps and work closely with the customer.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 10 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years experience.
  • •Program management domain experience such as Cost Account Manager, Integrated Product Team Lead, Chief Engineer, or similar.
  • •Experience with integrated master plan and schedule (IMS), risk and opportunity management, Earned Value management (EVMS), closed-loop corrective actions, configuration control, and/or financial reporting.
  • •Experience with cost and schedule management and/or developing financial forecasts.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance and program access after start.
