Job Summary

Lead end-to-end execution of an advanced capabilities/international portfolio for the Navy Fire Control Radar Program, partnering with internal teams to shape scope and requirements. Own program and business commitments through risk/opportunity management, execution of annual and 5-year plans, and support of capture activities such as proposals and win strategies. Develop technology roadmaps and maintain day-to-day communication with customers and engineering while traveling up to 25%.

Key Responsibilities

•Interface daily with customers and the engineering team to communicate financial status, engineering progress, issues, and opportunities.
•Ensure risk/opportunity management plans are comprehensive and executed to meet program and business commitments.
•Execute the annual and 5-year business plan to meet commitments.
•Support and lead capture activities including proposals, win strategies, cost estimating approach and analysis, and gates.
•Develop technology roadmaps and work closely with the customer.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 10 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years experience.
•Program management domain experience such as Cost Account Manager, Integrated Product Team Lead, Chief Engineer, or similar.
•Experience with integrated master plan and schedule (IMS), risk and opportunity management, Earned Value management (EVMS), closed-loop corrective actions, configuration control, and/or financial reporting.
•Experience with cost and schedule management and/or developing financial forecasts.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance and program access after start.
