Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that change how customers interact with their money.
  • •Leverage technologies (e.g., PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, LangChain, Lightning, VectorDBs) to extract insights from large numeric and textual datasets.
  • •Lead NLP and Large Language Model work, adapting and fine-tuning LLMs for customer-facing applications and features.
  • •Build ML/NLP models across development phases—design, training, evaluation, validation—and operationalize them in scalable, resilient production systems serving 80M+ customers.
  • •Translate technical work into tangible business goals and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 209,000 - 238,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus 7 years of experience in data analytics, or a Master’s degree (or MBA with quantitative concentration) plus 5 years, or a PhD plus 2 years.
  • •2+ years of experience leveraging open-source programming languages for large-scale data analysis.
  • •2+ years of experience working with machine learning.
  • •2+ years of experience utilizing relational databases.
  • •Hands-on experience training language models/LLMs and delivering models at scale across training and inference volumes.
