Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and grow the Data Centre digital market offering by bringing together Digital Advisory, Information Management, Data & AI, Systems Integration, and Digital Delivery capabilities.
  • •Win new business by leading strategic pursuits and major bids, developing value propositions, and maximizing win rates through collaboration with account and service leads.
  • •Provide technical leadership and act as senior subject matter expert for complex client challenges, including defining digital strategies to improve certainty, performance, and operational outcomes.
  • •Lead digital advisory and transformation efforts, including Digital Action Plans, roadmaps, operating models, governance arrangements, and adoption of digital ways of working across the asset lifecycle.
  • •Build and lead the Data Centre Digital community, coordinate opportunities and commissions, assemble multidisciplinary teams, and support recruitment, talent development, and mentoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience operating within the Data Centre sector.
  • •Strong understanding of digital challenges across planning, designing, constructing, and operating mission-critical facilities.
  • •Proven success developing client relationships and winning work.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex programmes.
  • •Strong understanding of one or more disciplines including Digital Advisory, Information Management and BIM, Data and Analytics, AI and Automation, Systems Integration, or Digital Delivery.
