  • •Deploy to assigned depots within 24–72 hours to reach full Tech I–III productivity with minimal ramp time.
  • •Stabilize underperforming markets by restoring RO Capable performance against targets.
  • •Execute advanced removal and replacement of complex system components, including sensing hardware and onboard compute.
  • •Perform authorized OEM warranty repairs on critical vehicle systems and manage diagnostic escalation without ramp.
  • •Coach local Tech I–III staff and reinforce standardized SOPs while maintaining strict site safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in automotive or aerospace maintenance focused on complex electronic systems.
  • •Ability to switch between routine PM work and complex diagnostic escalation without ramp time.
  • •Ability to perform authorized OEM warranty repairs on critical vehicle systems, including suspension and advanced electrical components.
  • •Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • •Willingness to travel on short notice (24–72 hours) for 1–4 week assignments and up to 75% of working time.
