Provide excellent customer service at the financial center by listening to customers’ needs, guiding them to the right solutions, and following up on questions and issues. Handle customer interactions with professionalism and confidentiality while maintaining balanced cash handling records. Perform daily office responsibilities in partnership with the platform team, stay current on retail policies and procedures, and refer customers to bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
