Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support current and future authorizations, including MOA, MOU, ISA, partner nation connections, and DSAWG submissions.
  • •Assist with Authority to Connect (ATC) and Authority to Operation (ATO) requests.
  • •Support security categorization and selection of security controls, providing guidance to the RMF team lead.
  • •Coordinate with system owners to validate cybersecurity controls and help ensure Security Authorization Packages (SAP) are completed and submitted for assessment.
  • •Maintain and update authorization systems databases and provide monthly status reports on performance, deliverables, and outstanding tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Active TS clearance and SCI eligible.
  • •IAW DoDM 8140.03, must meet the advanced personnel certification.
  • •Hold one of the required 8570 IAM-III certifications: CISM (or Associate), CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, or CCISO.
  • •At least 5 years of experience managing, developing, or preparing RMF A&A of DoD systems across all phases.
  • •Experience validating cybersecurity controls and using automated C&A/A&A toolsets such as eMASS, including integrating results into security assessment submissions.
