Job Summary

Serve as the trusted strategic and operational proxy for the Chief People Officer, connecting the People Leadership Team and aligning global People & Places programs. You will filter priorities, lead cross-group special initiatives, and synchronize global timelines across launches, releases, and policy rollouts. Drive high-velocity planning through QBRs, optimize headcount and resources, simplify complex workflows, and steward the global People budget in partnership with Finance.

•Manage global People & Places program timelines and integrate major launches, releases, and policy rollouts into a single roadmap.
•Oversee HR operational risks and steward the global People & Places budget in partnership with the CPO and Finance.
