Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of manufacturing engineers to drive daily operation improvements in metal stamping, painting, and manual assembly.
  • •Manage PFMEA definition and update the Control Plan; determine manufacturing methods, machinery, and tools for parts and assemblies.
  • •Define and control production processes (including tooling and equipment), validate design specs, and develop work instructions and operation parameters to meet quality standards.
  • •Lead safety and housekeeping responsibilities, report unsafe conditions, and oversee safety/capacity/capability evaluations for machinery and tooling; develop technical specs and manage capital projects.
  • •Support Lean/Six Sigma via process maps and standard work, lead cross-functional projects (IT, Operational Excellence, Production, Quality, Facilities), and support installation/commissioning of new machines/processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •Minimum 7 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
  • •5+ years leading a team of manufacturing engineers.
  • •Experience with PFMEA and Control Plan definition.
  • •Proven experience driving process improvements and cost reduction.
