Lead best-in-class design execution for the Snacks portfolio, bringing design strategy to life through day-to-day oversight of creative development. Manage end-to-end design work—from briefs and timelines to concept development, production, and final delivery—ensuring brand alignment, quality, and accuracy. Partner with Brand, Marketing, Innovation, and Operations, and provide direction to external agencies and production partners while supporting budget oversight and process improvements.
