Registered Nurse

Provide person-centred care in a Leeds care home by managing residents’ well-being and overseeing clinical standards. You’ll conduct assessments, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, administer and order medication, and guide the care team through teaching and clinical coaching. The role also includes supporting CQC requirements and, when working nights, delivering safe care while working more independently and demonstrating strong critical thinking and calm decision-making in emergencies.
