Key Responsibilities

  • •Support People Partners across organisational design, restructures, business transformation initiatives, and employee relations work as required.
  • •Partner with the ER specialist and Learning & Development team to shape requirements, build ER workflows, and develop manager development pathways for upskilling.
  • •Coach managers on performance management, calibration, capability development, and challenging conversations with confidence and fairness.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across the People function by simplifying processes, improving workflows, and using AI and automation for greater efficiency.
  • •Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning, People Operations, and Legal to deliver integrated people solutions and share best practice to evolve People Partnering ways of working.

Salary: GBP 45,000 - 54,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in People Operations or a similar People Advisory role across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to coach, challenge, and influence managers.
  • •Generalist People partnering experience including employee relations and employment law (ideal).
  • •Experience improving People processes and ways of working, with curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
  • •Collaborative experience working across Centres of Excellence and People teams to deliver joined-up, business-focused solutions.
