Lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail store by coaching associates, modeling customer engagement, and supporting the store’s leadership team. Drive sales results through KPI monitoring, maintain merchandising and inventory standards, and ensure safe, consistent opening/closing and floor coverage. Partner with Store and Assistant Store Managers to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and support local community initiatives while upholding company policies.
