Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule and track training for plant employees.
  • •Evaluate new employees’ development and effectiveness through a progressive on-the-job training process and 30/60/90-day checks.
  • •Own tracking, documentation, and the overall trainee/trainer process.
  • •Collaborate with supervisors/team leads and different functions to develop and deliver approved training courses.
  • •Support onboarding through New Employee Orientation and by delivering front end and manufacturing training needs while teaching safe work practices daily.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum three (3) years of manufacturing experience.
  • •Minimum one year of experience teaching and training others.
  • •Strong computer skills with Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
  • •Strong people skills, leadership, good communication and planning skills, and ability to manage more than one task at a time.
