Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the engineering scope and technical execution to ensure project deliverables meet quality and contract requirements.
  • •Establish and implement project engineering procedures, including developing the Project Execution Plan with MOPEX and DOR matrix as needed.
  • •Communicate project requirements, coordinate with engineering and design leads, and supervise Project Engineers/engineering discipline leads.
  • •Prepare and approve technical documentation such as meeting minutes, Technical Queries, design deviations, RFI responses, weekly/monthly management reports, and project engineering documents.
  • •Assume responsibility for cost, schedule, quantity, and budget control; manage changes; support client/project lead reviews and lead handover and closeout reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • •15–20 years of Project Engineering experience, including 5–10 years as a Project Engineering Manager on multiple projects.
  • •Preferably Registered Engineer in Training (ElT) or a member of a professional engineering society.
  • •Experience developing proposals and contractual documentation, including reading and understanding contractual documentation.
  • •Experience with international projects, including multi-office (MOPEX) execution, joint ventures/consortiums, and brownfield/greenfield projects.
