Key Responsibilities

  • •Check daily delivery routes and ensure orders are prepared to be delivered efficiently to customers.
  • •Load and prepare your van, keeping all orders together for direct delivery.
  • •Complete vehicle safety checks and maintain full road compliance, health and safety.
  • •Be an ambassador for the Waitrose brand with customer service as the top priority while on the road.
  • •Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks such as stock replenishment and housekeeping.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • •Provide great customer service and build rapport with customers while delivering.
  • •Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
  • •Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting crates and moving cages.
  • •IT literate and able to support daily shop tasks when not out on deliveries.
