Job Summary

Lead the creation of a time- and cost-optimized end-to-end MAIT (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration and Testing) process for launcher programs in the space industry. You will define consolidated industrial product/process/means, perform tolerance and stack-up analyses, build manufacturing documentation (BOM, routings, work/technical instructions), and provide shopfloor technical support to resolve issues, track deviations, and support lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities

•Work on cross multi-functional teams to provide a consolidated industrial product definition (part detail, manufacturing/assembly processes, and industrial means).
•Ensure consistent, shopfloor-ready process definitions that are optimized for time and cost, while meeting project requirements and business standards.
•During project design: support reviews and build process consolidation, perform tolerance/stack-up analysis, and update final product structure and specifications.
•Manage creation of manufacturing documentation including BOM, routing, procedures/work instructions/technical instructions, data pack routing documentation, and user manuals.
•During execution: provide shopfloor technical support, maintain applicable documentation, support non-conformance assessment flow, and review deviations in recurring/non-recurring costs.

Key Requirements

•Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
•At least 5 years in Manufacturing or Engineering.
•Technical background in tolerance analysis and dimensioning on parts and assemblies.
•Ability to work on cross multi-functional teams and communicate effectively.
•Advanced level in English.
