Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive product from press, stack and place on pallets; set up and operate Hugo Beck bundling and printing pallet labels with Pecas.
  • •Ensure job quality and accuracy by reviewing finished work, pulling product samples for quality audits, and notifying operators of problems/errors.
  • •Support press downtime and make-ready tasks including webbing the press, cleaning press areas, filling solvent/varnish materials, and assisting with setups/breakdown.
  • •Perform roll stand tasks as applicable (mount rolls, record roll info, manage varnish viscosity, and assist when press is down).
  • •Perform forklift/material handling tasks as applicable (safe operation, loading/unloading, paperwork, recycling support) and maintain OHSE/PPE and hazard waste handling.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) and 1 to 3 years of related production experience and/or training (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability.
  • •Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of company equipment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform frequent standing, stooping, bending, reaching, balancing, climbing, kneeling, and crouching.
  • •Capability to rotate shifts and be available to work more than 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when needed.
