Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, including scoping, aligning engineering, QA, and post-launch outcomes
  • •Define the future of healthtech by building AI-powered workflows that transform provider care and tool usage
  • •Build and manage health system relationships, ensuring product fit and seamless integration into customer environments
  • •Translate technical complexity into clear direction for engineers and business stakeholders while avoiding code requirements
  • •Drive user research by spending time onsite with providers to validate solutions and represent the provider perspective in product decisions

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology company
  • •Strong generalist fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder alignment, and shipping in a fast-paced environment
  • •Technical fluency: ability to understand how integrations and APIs work and discuss with engineers without coding
  • •Stay ahead of AI and healthcare trends (LLMs, autonomous agents, clinical NLP) to improve provider workflows
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams
