Job Summary

Design, develop, and deploy RF passive circuits and electromagnetic (EM) models, applying best practices across the planning and execution of RF design and modeling. Advance radiator and EM design through continual innovation, supporting full-scope independent design, verification, and validation for antenna products. Work in Raytheon’s RF and Microelectronics Center within Airborne Antenna Design, located onsite in McKinney, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy RF passive circuits and electromagnetic (EM) modeling.
•Implement best-practice standards for planning, coordination, and execution of RF passive circuit design and EM modeling.
•Advance radiator and EM design through continual innovation.
•Support independent design, verification, and validation (IV&V) solutions for antenna products across design, development, integration, deployment, and sustainment.
•Provide technical leadership for leading technical teams and on-schedule task execution.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience in RF passive circuit design and EM modeling, including antenna engineering principles and phased array theory.
•Experience with structured design processes, root-cause problem solving, and on-time task execution.
•Experience with test equipment including antenna ranges, vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and power meters.
•Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance and special access clearance(s).
