•Design and develop SAP BTP solutions aligned with approved R&D projects, reporting to the BTP Architect Lead.
•Manage one R&D project with a small team (<10 developers) across multiple locations.
•Partner with the Architect Lead to adopt best practices and share new ideas and developments.
•Engage with customer stakeholders, preparing demos and supporting content; support short customer co-innovation projects.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years experience as an SAP Development Consultant.
•Experience with Agile development methodologies and Agile tooling (including Jira).
•At least 5 full SAP BTP implementations.
•Developed at least 5 custom SAP AI agents.
•Certified SAP BTP and SAP Business AI, plus certification in at least one other SAP discipline; excellent written and oral communications.
