•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Act as a brand ambassador by staying current on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this knowledge with consumers.
•Follow Crocs policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Be 16 years or older.
•Demonstrate flexibility with nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Use a team-first approach and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Move merchandise and support backroom and sales floor operations using appropriate equipment.
•Lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be able to stand and move around the store for extended shifts.
