Build and grow customer relationships as a Retail Personal Banker I by using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify current and future needs. Recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, proactively reach customers using CAMP and marketing tools, and cross-sell through outside sales activities and business referrals. Process teller transactions and support the Financial Center platform team while meeting customer experience and production goals and maintaining required regulatory responsibilities.
