Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the local Applications organization through NPI, ramp-to-volume, and sustaining operations.
  • •Define and evolve the organizational structure, hiring plans, role segmentation, and capability development roadmap.
  • •Own performance management, talent development, and succession planning for the team.
  • •Translate on-product Applications strategy into executable priorities aligned with customer commitments.
  • •Act as the senior Applications representative to the customer, shaping joint priorities and strengthening long-term strategic partnership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in IC manufacturing, lithography, metrology, or process technology.
  • •Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in technical, customer-facing environments.
  • •Proven experience in NPI, ramp, HVM, or advanced manufacturing operations.
  • •Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing technical teams in cross-functional environments.
