Job Summary

Design and implement a global compliance topic while overseeing dedicated local entity coverage across Allianz Services. You will maintain compliance rules, procedures, and the compliance manual, align frameworks with laws and industry standards, and share best practices globally. Working with senior leaders, sister functions, and auditors, you’ll identify compliance risks and trends, leverage digital solutions, and advise management with autonomy and strong judgment.

•Develop, implement, and maintain a global compliance topic in line with compliance policy, standards, functional rules, and the compliance manual.
•Contribute to the development and periodic updating of internal compliance rules and procedures to align with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
•Facilitate sharing of best practices and lessons learned to enhance the compliance governance system and requirements.
•Foster alignment with strategic compliance objectives and corporate standards.
•Leverage digital solutions for compliance topics and identify emerging compliance risks and trends.

Key Requirements

•A relevant university degree (e.g., Law, Finance, Economics) and/or equivalent professional experience; compliance certification (e.g., ICA) is an advantage.
•Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Affairs, or related governance, preferably in an international organization.
•Strong judgement and communication skills, including explaining complex issues to non-technical stakeholders.
•Business mindset with the ability to advise functions based on processes, value chain, and objectives.
•Fluent English required; additional languages (especially German, Romanian, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Malaysian, and/or Hindi) are a strong advantage.
