System Identification & Controls Engineer

Senior, hands-on role to characterize, model, and validate dynamics of robotic systems at fleet scale. Lead system identification across robot platforms, design tests and excitation trajectories, quantify model accuracy, and close the sim-to-real gap using classical controls and automated pipelines with a focus on real hardware and large-scale deployment.
