Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical expertise in instrumentation design and ensure design/engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
  • •Coordinate, monitor, and handle instrumentation engineering with the EPC contractor, ensuring delivery within time frames.
  • •Perform regular technical reviews of instrumentation engineering deliverables to ensure design quality and compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and best industry practices.
  • •Coordinate integration within the IPMT instrumentation engineering team and coordinate engineering participation for design options, equipment sizing/selection, and related workshops/reviews.
  • •Support technical reviews, bid evaluation/performance evaluation, and provide technical assistance during installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • •Minimum of 15 years of relevant oil and gas industry upstream offshore experience.
  • •Large projects experience is must, with Middle East/GCC experience on projects with Saudi Aramco, Qatar Energy, PDO, etc.
  • •Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus technical team and interpersonal skills.
