Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Cost Management services with end-to-end service delivery ownership or contribute on complex project teams.
  • •Manage cost control from pre-contract stages through project completion and handover to support client objectives.
  • •Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports.
  • •Administer procurement activities including pre-qualification, tender enquiry, analysis, selection, and contract preparation.
  • •Administer contract management activities such as value engineering and lifecycle costing; negotiate and agree final accounts effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge and experience within the healthcare and/or education sectors.
  • •Ability to guide clients through project stages from feasibility through to completion.
  • •Experience working on projects delivered through two-stage tendering.
  • •Experience administering JCT and NEC contracts.
  • •Degree qualified in construction, cost management, or Quantity surveying; MRICS qualification preferred and/or relevant experience.
