Job Summary

Drive structured change management for large-scale integration programs by translating enterprise change strategy into functional action. You’ll assess change impacts and readiness, build functional change plans and prioritized interventions, coach leaders and change champions, and monitor adoption through surveys and listening activities. Partner with internal communications to ensure timely, accurate messaging, support integration submissions with readiness evidence, and escalate risks and critical issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

•Embed structured change management within the assigned function to help teams navigate, adopt, and sustain integration changes.
•Develop and maintain functional change plans translating change, communication, and engagement frameworks into prioritized interventions.
•Assess change readiness and impacts using surveys, assessments, and listening activities; monitor for change fatigue and coordinate targeted support.
•Coach functional leaders and change champions to communicate change consistently and role-model target culture behaviours, including preparing for key change moments with toolkits and Q&A support.
•Coordinate integration submissions and change management deliverables, and partner with internal communications to align functional communications with the enterprise plan.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in change management or organisational development.
•Minimum 10 years’ experience leading teams and/or complex change initiatives within HR, Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, Health & Safety, Sustainability, or related functions.
•Knowledge of change management frameworks, models, and tools including change impact assessment, stakeholder mapping, readiness assessment, and intervention design.
•Understanding of the human dimensions of organisational change, including common change reactions and factors driving adoption or resistance.
•Advanced experience coaching leaders and managers on change leadership behaviour.
