Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide regional HRBP leadership to ensure globally aligned people strategies are localized and deployed.
  • •Coach stakeholders on performance management, staffing, compensation, employee engagement, organizational design, talent management, and organizational change.
  • •Build talent and performance management foundations including manager development, talent reviews, promotion processes, succession planning, and performance discipline.
  • •Advise front-line management on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • •Collaborate across PFO teams to center the employee experience and reduce employment risks to the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business/leadership experience in Business Administration, Program Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of HR experience, including HR Generalist experience.
  • •Deep understanding of HR functions, policies, best practices, and employment law.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • •Experience implementing Diversity and Inclusion strategies and using metrics to drive HR initiatives.
