Job Summary

Work with the Sustainability & Responsibility product squad to collect business and data insights, translate stakeholder needs into functional and non-functional specifications, and maintain requirements across the product lifecycle. Support the Product Owner with backlog management, documentation, testing input, and L2/L3 incident resolution. Help enable agile ways of working and support CSRD/EUDR/PPWR and ESG reporting by defining ESG metrics and KPIs within Pernod Ricard’s S&R applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Collect business and data insights on environmental impact, social initiatives, and governance practices with business and data analyst teams.
•Support the S&R Product Owner in meeting CSRD, EUDR, PPWR and ESG reporting commitments.
•Ensure compliance with CSRD guidelines and help define sustainability reporting, ESG metrics, and KPIs.
•Convert stakeholder requirements into epics, features, and user stories; maintain requirements across the product lifecycle.
•Collaborate on product lifecycle activities including documentation, rollout planning, and L2/L3 incident resolution support.
