Job Summary

Own the commercial intelligence agenda to give Vietnam FMCG stakeholders a clear, data-driven view of market performance, competitive activity, and business outcomes. Build Power BI dashboards and produce monthly market intelligence reports, including P&L-literate analysis and revenue growth management insights. Drive commercial excellence through SFA/CRM deployment (Salesforce), bi-weekly SFDC training, capability development, and cross-functional transformation across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

•Own commercial intelligence: market analytics, monthly market intelligence reports, and performance monitoring dashboards.
•Deliver P&L-literate commercial analysis linking volume, price, mix, and trade spend to margin outcomes and opportunities.
•Drive SFA/CRM deployment and adoption (Salesforce) and conduct bi-weekly SFDC training for visitation, route, and outlet data capture.
•Lead commercial transformation and project management end-to-end, providing status updates and risk mitigation plans to leadership.
•Assess and develop sales capabilities: onboarding, training frameworks (PETP), and capability reporting in partnership with HR and business leaders.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of progressive experience in commercial excellence, sales strategy, trade marketing, or revenue management within FMCG (Vietnam experience strongly preferred).
•Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end.
•Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Business/Marketing (or related) is a plus.
•Advanced data analysis and visualization skills: Excel (advanced) and Power BI (required), with SQL or Python basics preferred.
•Experience with SFA/CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and strong financial acumen to interpret P&L, trade spend, and margin impact.
