Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-quality customer service for claims, focusing on solutions that meet customer needs and expectations, ensuring proactive and timely responses to claims-related queries in line with Allianz standards.
•Meet all internal and WorkSafe standards for claim processing, including mail management and accounts payment, while adhering to Allianz policies, privacy, and record-keeping obligations.
•Accurately determine liability and compensation entitlements using WorkSafe tools and internal resources, with a focus on recovery and supporting injured workers through all aspects of the Personal Injury system.
•Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes, ensuring liability decisions align with WorkSafe policies and utilizing resources to determine entitlements.
•Contribute positively to team goals by working collaboratively, assisting team members, escalating client issues for resolution, and complying with Allianz health and safety policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a similar case management role within personal injury insurance or interest in psychological and mental health claims
•TMF/Insurance for NSW experience is highly regarded

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
