Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble and test complex systems in a clean room environment in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
  • •Troubleshoot technical problems during assembly, production, and testing, and contribute to resolving ongoing issues.
  • •Support process improvements through Engineering testing, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality improvements; help drive bottleneck identification and corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate production plan activities, monitor tools/materials/equipment usage, and oversee the process from assembly through test.
  • •Contribute to pilot and transition to volume production for new products, including development/improvement of technical product documentation, processes, and records.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of a High School diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience.
  • •Ability to read and interpret data, information, and technical documents, and work according to established procedures.
  • •Strong customer focus with commitment to quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • •Attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads and deadlines.
