Associate New Business Case Manager

Receive and process new business applications, reviewing them for compliance requirements and completeness (IGO/NIGO). Perform index and data entry into workflow and administrative systems, analyze applications for good order, and issue contracts once requirements are satisfied. Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, internal wholesalers, sales center, and client services to gather requirements, respond to phone/email inquiries, follow up on pended contracts, and help coordinate issue resolution.
