Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and manage daily and nightly box office operations including will call, guest list, ticket sales, and ticket scanning.
  • •Assist and support box office staff; ensure positive team environment; facilitate communication with the Box Office Manager and other venue departments; ensure ongoing staff training.
  • •Support cash handling requirements: follow cash handling policies, balance and reconcile cash drawers, and assist with reconciliation/accounting of ticket sales and deposits.
  • •Manage ticketing operations and systems: create/modify inventory for ticketed events, monitor ticketing computers/software/hardware, and maintain customer database files.
  • •Assist with scheduling and staffing and help with staff evaluations; provide superior guest service and participate in on-site venue meetings as needed.
