Key Responsibilities

  • •Own your customers as the primary go-to person—responsive, on top of details, and trusted to get things done.
  • •Drive enterprise deployments end-to-end: from first call to full deployment and ongoing support.
  • •Go deep on Simile’s platform (simulations, population modeling, evals, validations) and apply that knowledge in customer conversations.
  • •Work cross-functionally as the bridge between customer needs and what product and modeling teams build.
  • •Shape the business by taking on high-impact projects across landing new customers and improving simulation quality.
