Job Summary

Build and deploy foundation models for Trust & Safety, including LLM/VLM systems that improve risk detection, compliance understanding, and moderation automation. Tackle multilingual, multimodal, and low-resource challenges with stronger zero-shot/few-shot generalization, and develop multimodal safety annotation frameworks. Partner across infrastructure, data, platform, product, policy, and recommendations to optimize training pipelines, serving efficiency, and model interpretability while evolving with safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, training, and deployment of foundation models (LLM/VLM) for content safety across modalities, improving risk detection and moderation automation.
•Improve multilingual, multimodal, and low-resource performance by enhancing zero-shot and few-shot generalization across safety domains.
•Design and maintain a multimodal safety annotation framework to generate high-quality training data and evaluation signals for image and video understanding.
•Explore and implement RLHF strategies to fine-tune model alignment with evolving safety policies and user intent.
•Collaborate with infra, data, platform, and product/policy/recommendation teams to integrate safety models into moderation workflows and optimize training and serving efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in traditional machine learning with 2+ years of research or development experience on large models.
•Passion for technology and ability to dive deep into coding and debugging.
•Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of technical breakthroughs and business impact.
•Ability to stay up-to-date with advances in multimodal large models and strong learning and communication skills.
•Team-oriented mindset and willingness to explore new technologies and drive continuous technical evolution.
