Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and architect the P&G Professional industry engagement strategy, cultivating influential relationships with trade associations, regulatory bodies, and key opinion leaders to shape the industry narrative and create a favorable commercial environment.
  • •Develop and direct an internal and external integrated communications platform that elevates the P&G PRO brand, builds unshakeable equity, and establishes executives as premier thought leaders.
  • •Serve as the strategic partner to the organization, ensuring a cohesive brand story across all touchpoints—from major industry events to customer-facing content.
  • •Lead the strategy for P&G PRO’s presence at key trade shows and conferences, transforming them into platforms for relationship building, lead generation, and differentiation.
  • •Orchestrate P&G PRO’s media and digital ecosystem, driving earned media, and directing content/growth strategy for owned channels to reach key audiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 219,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, Business or a related field
  • •5-10 years of experience as a people manager with coaching and developing others
  • •5-10 years editorial experience; PR agency experience is a plus
  • •5-10 years program management experience
