Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow Safe Work Practices and conform to the company’s Safety Program and client worksite policies to keep the team accident-free.
  • •Lead, direct, and manage assigned project management team members, including direct reports.
  • •Manage projects according to schedule and performance expectations; oversee deliverables timely, efficiently, and correctly.
  • •Manage financial performance: control project costs vs. planned budgets, oversee and present cost reports, and ensure accounting/cost forecasting requirements are met.
  • •Manage subcontractor/vendor performance, installation strategies, and project delivery methods to meet schedule and budget, while developing and maintaining customer and teammate relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •AAS or BS in Construction Management or Construction Engineering (relevant experience may substitute for degree).
  • •10+ years of progressive construction industry experience in a management or leadership role.
  • •Experience managing large scale multi-million-dollar projects across different construction vertical markets.
  • •Experience overseeing and managing large structured cabling and/or data center construction projects; mission-critical infrastructure installation experience is highly preferred.
  • •Experience using PMBOK guidelines/standards and managing project schedules, plus advanced project management and leadership skills.
