Job Summary

Plan and coordinate materials and production control activities to support on-time delivery to manufacturing and engineering. Maintain Oracle work order release schedules, perform pre-shortage and work order variance analysis, and ensure accurate MRP execution. Review supply/demand reconciliation, master scheduling requirements, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) through system audits and status reporting. Participate in floor audits, resolve WIP issues, drive cycle counting via process control metrics, and support special engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain Oracle work order release schedules to provide materials on-time to manufacturing and engineering.
•Perform pre-shortage analysis, work order variance analysis, and reschedule/complete discrete jobs as required.
•Review MRP execution accuracy, reconcile supply and demand, and validate master scheduling and/or PDS requirements.
•Ensure proper disposition of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), perform system maintenance/audits, and prepare ECO/ECR status reports.
•Participate in floor audits with Finance, resolve WIP issues, attend production meetings, and drive cycle counting using PCI metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 64,000 - 88,000
