Key Requirements

  • •Hold a recognised teaching qualification at degree level (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE, State Teaching License) with a Biology specialism.
  • •Have at least three years of successful experience teaching Secondary Biology, ideally including IB MYP and/or DP.
  • •Where you don’t have IB experience, A-Level experience is preferred.
  • •Demonstrate strong Biology subject knowledge and a commitment to high-quality, inquiry-based, concept-driven learning.
  • •Show excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills to inspire confident, curious learners.
