Job Summary

Own the end-to-end new product development process for assigned customer groups, ensuring complete and accurate information flow from CPD/GSPD and Sales to production, prepress, and CS. Act as the account owner for item development, coordinating timely development, deployment, and quotations while driving re-engineering ahead of competition. Improve development speed using the ELS approach, ensure sample/proof availability and data integrity for manufacturing, and support teams and vendors to meet service and quality standards.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Provide complete, consistent information flow for new items/programs and global product changes from CPD/GSPD/Sales to process owners (Production/Prepress/CS).
•Serve as the account owner for item development, ensuring accurate product line knowledge for assigned customers.
•Ensure timely development and deployment of new items using cost-effective production methods for local supply.
•Initiate product re-engineering to stay ahead of competition and drive faster developments using the ELS approach.
•Ensure timely availability of samples/proofs/formats and data integrity tests (including ink draw downs) for manufacturing, coordinating with local purchasing on materials.

Key Requirements

•Excellent communication skills in English with good PR skills.
•Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
•Business graduation from a reputed university.
•Report writing and project management skills.
