Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pre- and post-contract duties including cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
  • •Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports, producing and presenting final cost plans.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement activities (pre-qualification, tender list, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender reports, and contractual documents).
  • •Carry out timely cost checks and valuations; produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to the client.
  • •Support cost variances and change control, perform cost risk analysis, provide input into value engineering, and negotiate/approve final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical knowledge of data center or related facility asset types.
  • •Experience in MEP construction and/or mission critical sectors (e.g., industrial, pharma, manufacturing).
  • •Strong cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • •Good knowledge of construction and procurement methods, including tendering and procurement activities.
  • •Good written and spoken English (German skills highly preferred) and availability for full-time on-site work.
