Job Summary

Lead procurement programs for Canada’s Public‑Private Partnership (PPP/P3) healthcare and government infrastructure projects. Serve as the single point of contact for sourcing, vendor management, and contract execution, driving strategic sourcing, cost savings, risk management, and lifecycle cost discipline across multiple projects while operating with autonomy from the Markham, Ontario hub on a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary and single point of contact for all sourcing and procurement activities supporting the P3 Canada group.
•Provide clear procurement leadership, guidance, and decision‑making across multiple projects and stakeholders.
•Operate with a high level of autonomy, proactively identifying needs, opportunities, and risks without requiring day‑to‑day supervision.
•Lead the full procurement lifecycle for PPP/P3 projects, from sourcing strategy and supplier selection through negotiations, contracting, and execution support.
•Ensure sourcing and procurement activities fully comply with PPP/P3 contractual structures, project scope, budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in project procurement and strategic sourcing, ideally within infrastructure, healthcare, government, or PPP/P3 environments.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience of demonstrated ability to operate as a single point of contact for procurement activities within a complex organization.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience of strong negotiation, commercial, and contract management skills.
•SAP procurement experience (e.g., vendor management, sourcing, purchasing, contracts, reporting).
•Minimum 5 years’ experience of solid financial acumen, including budget management, cost control, and lifecycle cost analysis.
