Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to Sr. Director and VP+ leaders on organizational, leadership, and business challenges.
  • •Diagnose root causes and lead organization effectiveness engagements across org design, senior team effectiveness, culture, and operating models.
  • •Design and deliver executive development solutions and enterprise leadership experiences aligned to business priorities.
  • •Translate business strategy into scalable leadership and organizational engagements with measurable impact.
  • •Partner with HRBPs, Talent Development, and Talent Management to deliver integrated, business-aligned solutions and define success metrics using data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 124,400 - 251,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10–14+ years of experience in organization effectiveness, leadership development, or management consulting.
  • •Experience advising and influencing senior executives on complex organizational and business challenges.
  • •Proven track record designing and delivering executive-level development and organizational interventions in a global, matrixed environment.
  • •Deep expertise in organizational design and operating models, change management and transformation, senior leadership team effectiveness, and culture change/organizational health.
  • •Strong business and financial competence, with the ability to connect leadership and organization decisions to business outcomes.
