Job Summary

Partner with Adobe’s Global Talent Development team to strengthen organization effectiveness and executive leadership capability. As a seasoned organizational effectiveness consultant, you’ll advise senior leaders on complex organizational and business challenges, diagnose root causes across org design and culture, and design executive development solutions aligned to enterprise priorities. Use data to define success metrics, continuously evolve offerings, and work closely with HRBPs, Talent Development, and Talent Management to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor to Sr. Director and VP+ leaders on organizational, leadership, and business challenges.
•Diagnose root causes and lead organization effectiveness engagements across org design, senior team effectiveness, culture, and operating models.
•Design and deliver executive development solutions and enterprise leadership experiences aligned to business priorities.
•Translate business strategy into scalable leadership and organizational engagements with measurable impact.
•Partner with HRBPs, Talent Development, and Talent Management to deliver integrated, business-aligned solutions and define success metrics using data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 124,400 - 251,900 annually

Key Requirements

•10–14+ years of experience in organization effectiveness, leadership development, or management consulting.
•Experience advising and influencing senior executives on complex organizational and business challenges.
•Proven track record designing and delivering executive-level development and organizational interventions in a global, matrixed environment.
•Deep expertise in organizational design and operating models, change management and transformation, senior leadership team effectiveness, and culture change/organizational health.
•Strong business and financial competence, with the ability to connect leadership and organization decisions to business outcomes.
