Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee hiring and scheduling of NBC Sports personnel, including staff, daily hires, and freelance crew members for remote productions and live events.
  • •Partner with Technical Managers, Operations, and Production Managers to gather staffing requirements and create accurate crew sheets.
  • •Communicate crew and event information to Production Managers to support travel planning and logistics.
  • •Support Operations and Production teams in resolving last-minute staffing and scheduling challenges, and proactively address event/production issues.
  • •Support payroll processes and manage onboarding and monitoring in the SCORE workforce management system, including system maintenance and enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in broadcast crewing, workforce scheduling, or production operations; NBA experience preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of crew scheduling and workforce planning principles.
  • •Familiarity with union regulations and practices.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management systems (including SCORE).
  • •Excellent organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication; ability to adapt to last-minute changes under pressure.
