Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. •Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-ups to close sales.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high energy on the floor.
