Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and technical questions for engineering-to-order (ETO) products.
  • •Coordinate technical clarifications with Sales and sister plant engineers to resolve technical issues.
  • •Prepare, review, and release vendor printing drawings and AE standard drawings for finished goods, including after-sales approval drawings and manuals.
  • •Review delivered products for conformity with explosion protection requirements and provide ETO quotation documentation (e.g., Angebot/ESplan/Calcsheet) plus schedule document SAP uploads.
  • •Support technical meetings and customer test/data preparation, and manage AE work tracking reports (including optional audit/QC document preparation and training).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical.
  • •More than 10 years of experience in electromechanical design.
  • •Experience with electrical, Exproof, and lighting/electrical calculations.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD and experience with ESPLAN/Dialux evo/Solidworks (preferred).
  • •Experience in project management, technical support, and quality control.
