Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate and deepen financial services partnerships with global and LATAM fintechs and banks.
  • •Identify, negotiate, and launch BNPL, seller financing, eCommerce-related insurance, and other financial services solutions.
  • •Analyze LATAM payment market development and regulatory trends to guide strategy.
  • •Roll out financial services for TikTok Shop buyers and sellers as TikTok Shop expands across LATAM.
  • •Provide regular cross-functional reporting on P&L performance and user impacts, and develop solution roadmaps with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree/PhD).
  • •Ability to manage P&L performance (revenue and operating margin), including budgeting and cost management across verticals.
  • •Experience in payments/e-money/wallets, banking functions, risk management, and/or merchant processing.
  • •Communicate with Board and senior management on financial performance in a regulated environment.
  • •Ability to pursue new business opportunities and create and execute customer-focused strategies.
